There were three waves in the history of feminism. They first was from nineteenth to early twentieth, second one was in the mid twentieth from 1960s to 1970s & the third one is running till now from late twentieth (1990s). In the last wave it became global issue.
Feminism concerned with women’s right in every area where women are involve. It is to make sure the equal rights of women in every sector with men.
But feminism is not running alone; racism, homophobia, classism & colonization also there & they are affecting the thought of feminism.

Again, you are not writing the minimum amount and this is affecting your grade.
Actually the cause of women's rights is very ancient! Not only from the ancient Greeks (read Lysistrada) but also the Prophet (PBUH) was clearly concerned with advancement of women in the old pre-Muslim societies which considered women as lower than cattle.
As we saw in class today actually a lot has changed, especially in the city. So while there are still major gender barriers, there has indeed been quite a lot of advancement!
